Whether large or small runs – we die-cut a wide variety of materials for you
With tools made individually for you, we punch the desired shape from a printed sheet. The sheet can be grooved, perforated or scored during the process if required.
One of our machines has blank separation. Here, the machine can effectively punch at twice the speed and the print run comes out of the machine already broken out.
Overview of Benefits
- Our extensive machinery allows the efficient production of high capacities
- Smallest quantities are realised for you through the use of small hand punches
- Integrated blanking during the punching process
Punching- Insight into our production
Die-cutting uses custom-made tools that punch any shape out of a printed sheet. The sheet can also be grooved, perforated or scored during the run if required, providing additional visual and tactile effects. Processing large jobs is no problem either, as the machines can punch at double speed with the help of an integrated blank separation.
Besides practical purposes, die-cutting of packaging mainly serves to create visual and haptic effects and in this way gives the products a special touch. Due to the individual design of the die-cutting tools, a wide variety of designs can be realised. Die-cutting is suitable for realising both small and large order quantities.
Seismografics’ state-of-the-art machinery with integrated depanelling allows for the efficient processing of large order volumes, while smallest quantities can be realised manually through the use of manual die-cutters. In this way, the packaging experts at Seismografics also cover the entire range in die-cutting and can react flexibly to customer requirements.
